1. Intellectual Property

The entire visual design of the interface, the vector isotype, the ensoulve logos, the frontend programming code, interactive illustrations, custom cybersecurity and systems mockups, and the general text content are the exclusive property of ensoulve.

The unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, or copying of any visual element or code from this site without the express written consent of our technical team is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of Quoting Services

Our dual-conversion forms (via email and WhatsApp) are solely intended to facilitate legitimate contact between businesses, potential clients, and those interested in hiring professional web design, custom software, digital invitations, or security audit services.

The user agrees to:

• Provide real and truthful contact information (name, WhatsApp, and/or email).
• Not use our contact forms to send spam, mass advertising, or computer viruses.
• Not make fraudulent inquiries or impersonate others.

3. Cybersecurity Auditing Services (Pentesting)

The services described (ethical hacking, reporting, and technical patches) are strictly governed by international cybersecurity laws. Any penetration testing or vulnerability analysis mandatorily requires the signing of a formal mutual authorization contract before proceeding technically. We do not perform any offensive computing activity without express legal consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Although we make every effort to ensure that this website is on autopilot, 100% stable, and free of technical interruptions or typographical errors, we are not responsible for temporary technical failures in the network connections of WhatsApp or Resend that are beyond our infrastructure control.
